Matangi is instituting a Terms of Use policy for the customers who have opted for any services, products for which a receipt for purchase has been issued.

• Any issues in product or billing to be informed within 15 days from the date of purchase
• Goods once sold cannot be returned
• Our responsibility ceases when the goods leave our premises / Godown
• Prices are subject to change and are sole discretion of Matangi.
• Matangi expects the customer to exercise due care and diligence while purchasing the products. Any request for cancellations and refund donations once duly placed, shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
• Incase if the order is placed and we do not have the stock available, we will refund the money to customers.
